How to use CEDEX

Clear instructions for creating circles, inviting members, contributing, and claiming funds.

1. Create your account

  1. Install the CEDEX mobile app.
  2. Register with your name, email, and password.
  3. Complete a live face check to finish signup.

2. Fund your wallet

  1. Open Wallet → Deposit.
  2. Pay with Mobile Money (GHS).
  3. Use Withdraw when you want funds sent to your bank account.

3. Create or join a group

  1. Creators set amount, frequency, and max members.
  2. Share the invite only after the responsibility warning.
  3. Joiners must accept responsibility before entry is allowed.

4. Start the cycle

When the group has enough members, the creator starts the cycle. CEDEX randomly assigns payout slots for each period.

5. Contribute every round

Pay each pending contribution via Mobile Money. Money moves into group escrow. Beneficiary amounts remain held until the cycle is complete.

6. Claim & redraw

After the last week or month finishes, claim your held payout into your wallet, then withdraw if needed.
