What is CEDEX?
CEDEX is a private group susu platform for Ghana. Circles contribute on a schedule, hold pots in escrow, and claim after the cycle ends.
How do I join a group?
You need an invite code or WhatsApp invite link from a member. Before joining, you must acknowledge full responsibility for your contributions.
When can I withdraw my susu payout?
Beneficiary pots stay held until the full cycle completes. Then each member can claim their held payout into their CEDEX wallet and withdraw to bank via Mobile Money.
What happens if I leave or get removed?
Leaving needs admin approval. If approved (or if an admin removes you), your contributions are credited back to your wallet and deducted from group escrow.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdrawals move money from your CEDEX wallet to a Ghanaian bank account via Mobile Money. Requests may wait for finance approval before the transfer is sent.
Is CEDEX only for Ghana?
The product is designed around Ghanaian susu culture, GHS, and Mobile Money. Currency and banks can be configured for your deployment.
