Google Play and the Apple App Store require a public way to delete an account. CEDEX lets you delete your account from the mobile app. Follow the steps below.
Delete from the CEDEX app (recommended)
- Open the CEDEX app on your phone.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
- Confirm. Your account is permanently removed and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone)
- Identity verification photos and liveness captures
- Login sessions / access tokens
- Support tickets you opened
- Wallet and membership records tied to your user account
Before you delete
- Leave or finish any active susu groups. The app will block deletion while you still belong to an active circle.
- Withdraw any remaining wallet balance you want to keep.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Email us from the address on your CEDEX account via Contact with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your registered email and phone. We will verify ownership and delete the account.
